So what do you need, where can you find this building, and when do you need to get there?

- To replace a lost tourist card.
For temporary residency applicants:
- To collect a tarjeta de registro.
For permanencia definitiva applicants:
- To obtain a certificado de viajes.
For those who have recently obtained their Certificado de Visa Temporaria or Permanencia Definitiva
- To obtain a visa stamp in your passport
The Policia Internacional building has moved as of January 2014. It can now be found at Eleuterio Ramirez 852.
The official opening hours are from 8:00 to 14:00 but the best time to go is early, before 9am. This is strongly recommended unless you really like waiting in long lines.
Note: Remember to take your passport, or whatever other documents you need! You may also need a few hundred pesos to pay the small processing fees.
